Service to the community has been part of the INOX Group ethos
since inception. Our approach to CSR has been to strategically
leverage the Group's competencies to address issues that matter
the most to the communities that we operate in, and to the nation
as a whole.
We maintain an on-going dialogue and interaction with communities
to understand firsthand the challenges they face, and then use our
professional network to access and engage with domain experts to
identify and develop effective and efficient solutions.
While we do undertake interventions that provide immediate relief,
our systemic investments are in programmes that empower
communities to be self-sufficient and elevate the marginalised
into the mainstream.
We realise that true transformation requires perseverance along
with passion, and collaboration along with commitment. We are
confident that with the on-going support of various stakeholders
like the government, civil society organisations and community
leaders, we will be able to help create a brighter future powered
by inclusive growth.
